Trending. Mid-Century, clean lines, medium wood tones, brushed nickel and neutral color palettes.  Even if you’ve lived through this design trend once before, this time around it just seems to be a little more sophisticated.  We designed this kitchen using grain match Douglas Fir, simple hardware, neutral counter tops and a fun but suble nod to mid-century backsplash tile.  Understated, but stated.  Enjoy more of this house here.

Trending! Mid-Century Modern

Using plumbing pipes in design?    Its fun, inexpensive and a great statement.  With the industrial loft movement continuing as a strong influence in design, using an unexpected steel element adds interest.

Orange Sliding Barn Door

It ok to have some fun here, its only paint!

It's only paint!

exposed hardware on sliding barn doors

Sliding doors have been around for a long time. Currently most people refer to these as sliding barn doors, an inspiration taken from the barn!  Of course we are not all born in a barn and some of us prefer a more glamourous look.  You can also refer to this look as sliding doors however this can sometimes be confused with the sliding bi pass doors of the closet type. We may recommend you refer to these as exposed track doors to avoid confusion.

Sliding Barn Doors, not just for the barn

Corbel brackets on the bar done by Silver Leaf Interiors

Its like the icing on the cake!

The details on custom cabinets make all the difference.  The use of corbel brackets along with a custom distressed  black finish on this bar cabinet design was the perfect fit for this historical home in the Maple Bluff community.
