Welcomed Elegance

This home tucked in Mariner’s Cove was ready for a new look. One would think that this home was a new build on this street, when in fact it was a complete remodel and addition. We were happy to team up with Capital Builders and Solner architects on this job!

We were called in on this job during the construction phase for all finish selections both interior and exterior, lighting package, furniture package, rugs, artwork, accessories, bedding and cabinet designs and build. 

The foyer is a grand entrance with a beautiful custom staircase. We adorned the walls with an oversized painting and a bench seat for a welcoming effect.

The theater room has a custom designed and lit coffered ceiling, and very custom sliding jersey walls to highlight the extensive jersey collection our clients own. The walls slide to allow a variety of jersey combinations to be shown at one time. We custom designed all cabinetry including the built in TV display case and the wet bar. All paneling and trim work in this room were also designed by our team. 

The family room has wonderful new windows allowing an abundance of light to shine in. The fireplace mantel was hand selected by our client and is hundreds of years old. We wanted to show the rings of age on the cut ends of the mantel and used the same stone that was selected on the exterior of the house on the fireplace wall.

The dining room has a welcoming table and chair set with custom banding and nail head trim.  All furnishings, artwork and accessories were selected and placed by Silver Leaf Interiors.

The master suite boosts a huge master bath and closet  and is warmed by a horizontal fireplace surrounded by oversized linen textured subway tile. A log display niche was created to add interest as well as a tall display case with accent lighting flanks the left side of the fireplace. Specialty lighting for reading at night was added to the headboard wall, bedding and furnishings by Silver Leaf Interiors. 

This home has a welcoming elegance you can just feel as you enter the foyer!
