Ethan brings a strong analytical mindset to the team, with a particular interest in spreadsheet management, forecasting, and development. Having grown up in the business, he worked his way through many roles over the years, gaining a deep understanding of operations, project flow, and the client experience. Now focused mostly on the financial side, he applies his finance degree to support budgeting, planning, and long‑term company development, though it’s not to say you won’t still find him lending a hand on job sites when needed. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with friends, jet skiing on the Wisconsin River, golfing, camping, and going to concerts.
