We love the light colors in this house and the light cabinets in the kitchen.

I truly look forward to having you guide me through my new home journey.

The whole works seamlessly, but people also remark on the parts. The backsplash, open shelves, the “furniture” and lighting on the coffee bar wall, the sleek wood cabinets and even the minimalist cabinet door handles all have fans.

This is the first time we’ve been at the condo since completion and all I can say is amazing!!

I want to say thank you for all the great design and construction management work. Like any project, it was not without its challenges but we are really pleased with the outcome. We have enjoyed getting to know you and your team.

I saw the cabinets last night — they are gorgeous! The black built-ins look fantastic. We are really glad we continued with all the masonry work to get those cabinets in! You were right — they will be a focal point for sure!

The dining room was painted today and the navy blue looks great — we think it makes the wood trim look really nice/warm. No paint shock here!

On a separate note — we went to LJ’s for the first time over the weekend. We really enjoyed it. Space looks great — very cool urban vibe to it, and our sandwiches were really good. We are definitely keeping it on our radar for more visits.

Okay, we are just sitting here admiring the “final” touches. While I have been impressed with everything, I must say that almost nothing shows an attention to detail more than the art sizing. The match to the other art is fantastic and simply perfection. You rock!
