Designed from the Inside Out
One of the most creative parts of our work is developing thoughtful house plans and then carrying that vision through every interior finish. An open staircase with metal balusters creates a light, airy connection between levels while adding a touch of architectural interest. Custom alder cabinetry in a rich dark stain provides a striking contrast to the light wood floors, creating a warm and balanced foundation throughout every room in the house.
A Primary Suite Designed for True Comfort
The primary suite features a beautiful bedroom with a light tray ceiling accented by wood trim, bringing in warmth and subtle detail. The ensuite bathroom was designed for true comfort, with double vanity sinks, a bidet, and a spacious walk-in shower that creates a spa-like experience. Oval mirrors flanked by sconces complete the vanity wall, adding softness and balance to the overall design.

A Cook’s Kitchen Built for Gathering
The kitchen island with counter-height stools invites guests to gather while you cook. Stainless steel appliances with an exposed glass panel add an elevated detail, and stacked ovens paired with a gas cooktop create an efficient cook’s kitchen. We love incorporating a touch of glass doors with interior lighting to create a soft focal point. Just off the kitchen is a working pantry that adds both function and storage.

Light in Every Season
Lighting plays a vital role in good living, and this home embraces it fully, from expansive windows that welcome natural light to decorative fixtures intentionally placed to enhance each space. The four-season sunroom is filled with wonderful light and includes a gas fireplace to take the chill off during the fall and winter months.
A Lower Level That Lives Like the Main Floor
The exposed lower level lives as a seamless extension of the main floor, with finishes that blend effortlessly for a cohesive experience. A second fireplace creates another cozy gathering area. Barn doors close off a game room, and the guest shower features a waterfall inspired combination of glass and stone tile with shampoo niches for added function.
The Details That Finish a Home
The powder bathroom includes painted beadboard that adds a special layer of detail. The mudroom and combined laundry space feature a brick herringbone tile floor and built in locker cubbies to store all the things. The front load washer and dryer are encased in custom cabinetry for a true built in look.

A New Chapter, Designed Around Their New Life
For these clients, the move to Madison meant trading square footage for living with more intention. Our interior designers created a home where every finish, from the arched fireplace doors to the library-like cabinetry, was chosen for how they live now: hosting family, enjoying the golf course, and settling into a space that feels like just like home.
